2.1 To sell vehicles on the Site, users must register by creating a personal account.
2.2 Buyers must verify their identity (via email and legal documentation) to access listings from unverified sellers.
2.3 Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false statement may result in account suspension or termination.
2.4 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

3. Vehicle Sales

3.1 AutoCash.ch acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed vehicles.
3.2 Sellers must provide accurate vehicle descriptions and honor completed transactions.
3.3 Sellers agree to comply with all applicable Swiss laws regarding sales, taxes, and customs duties.

4. Obligations of AutoCash.ch

4.1 AutoCash.ch does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
4.2 AutoCash.ch reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for violations of these GTC or suspicious activity.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Users agree not to violate applicable laws, including but not limited to intellectual property, counterfeiting, fraud, or consumer protection laws.
5.2 Users may only use AutoCash.ch for lawful purposes and must refrain from abusive, offensive, or fraudulent behavior.

6. Prohibited Items

6.1 The sale of counterfeit, illegal, hazardous, or infringing items is strictly prohibited on AutoCash.ch.
6.2 AutoCash.ch reserves the right to remove any non-compliant listings without prior notice.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1 AutoCash.ch is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. The Site disclaims all liability for disputes related to products, delivery, or quality.
7.2 The Site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business opportunities) arising from service use.

8. Pricing and Payment

8.1 Sellers are solely responsible for setting vehicle prices.
8.2 Transactions are processed via secure payment partners. The Site is not liable for banking fees or currency conversions.

9. Data Protection

9.1 AutoCash.ch commits to protecting user data in compliance with Swiss data protection laws.
9.2 Users consent to the processing of their personal data for account management, transactions, and Site communications.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting AutoCash.ch’s customer service or via the "Delete Account" section in their profile.
10.2 The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for GTC violations or suspicious activity.

11. Modifications to the GTC

11.1 AutoCash.ch may update these GTC at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or upon their next login.
11.2 Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
12.2 Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Canton of Neuchâtel.
